D&A Optometry first opened in 2018, but then moved to our new location in October 2023! D&A Optometry looks forward to providing eye and vision care to the Lloydminster and surrounding communities for many years to come.

Dr. Darren Phillips
Optometrist
Dr. Darren Phillips grew up on a farm near Two Hills, Alberta where his family still farms today. He completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta. He then received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Arizona College of Optometry, graduating with honours.
Dr. Phillips has been practicing optometry in Lloydminster since graduating in 2016. He is committed to caring for the vision of the community though public education in and out of the clinic.
In his spare time, Dr. Phillips enjoys spending time with his wife, Adèle, and riding his motorcycle.

Dr. Manjot (Joti) Deol
Optometrist
Dr. Joti Deol was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alberta where she majored in biological sciences and got her minor in psychology. She then went on to receive her doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Deol graduated as part of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. She rotated through various clinics in the U.S. including Martha Elliot Health Center, New England Eye Institute, and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She has been practicing for over 10 years and has gained a wide variety of experience in pediatrics, contact lens, as well as diagnosing and managing ocular disease. In her spare time Dr. Deol enjoys playing music, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
